The Talent Acquisition Manager oversees the company's recruitment activities to meet the organization's manpower requirements within specified timelines.

In your new role you will:

- Lead the Talent Acquisition team and oversee the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide high-quality service to all stakeholders.
- Organize recruitment drives and branding activities to enhance Infineon's employer brand and attract top talent.
- Monitor the performance of recruitment agencies and ensure effective delivery.
- Manage and track recruitment budgets to ensure efficient utilization.
- Develop and review recruitment policies on an ongoing basis.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members on recruitment best practices.
- Support audit management and liaise with auditors as required.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a track record of leading a recruitment team.
- Strong knowledge of Thai employment laws and regulations, including the Employment Act and labor law.
- Familiarity with local statutory requirements and compliance issues.
