**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin (required).
