**Job Description**:
**YOUR ASSIGNMENT**
- Responsible for a high performing daily operation in areas connected to fulfilment operations, enabling reaching excellence in operations and providing a great quality in the meeting with the customers
- Within the store's fulfilment processes responsible to secure an excellent customer-shopping experience through quality of products, stock accuracy and delivery precision
- Responsible to optimize the store outbound processes, utilization of the operational capacity, usage of equipment and people to contribute to successful customer fulfilment in all sales channels.
- Responsible to identify, recruit, retain and develop the talents in the outbound team, to secure a diverse and competent team that can execute its assigned responsibilities with confidence and secure future succession.
- Contribute to positioning IKEA retailers and the IKEA Brand as responsible partners in lowering environ-mental impact, by taking relevant actions that contribute to achieving long-term profitability in a sustain-able and environmentally conscious way.
- Ensuring that IKEA ASR Rules and Guidelines are understood and followed throughout the outbound pro-cesses, utilizing the relevant tools for tracking and follow-up.
- Contribute with relevant out flow input and feedback to the store business plan and logistics action plan, considering future needs of space, equipment and people. Ensure that these actions are implemented in the outbound processes.
- Responsible to ensure an effective communication flow to relevant stakeholders in all outbound process related topics. Share knowledge with colleagues and relevant stakeholders, inside and outside of IKEA, to support their understanding for how to achieve an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure that the outbound teams work in compliance with the IKEA code of conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and security, working environment and the environment.
- Live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires colleagues to reach extraordinary achievements in the store and especially in the outbound team.
- Responsible to ensure an effective communication flow to relevant stakeholders in all outbound process related topics. Share knowledge with colleagues and relevant stakeholders, inside and outside of IKEA, to support their understanding for how to achieve an excellent customer experience.

**Qualifications**:
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Fulfilment performance monitoring, how KPI's used to monitor business performance and how they influence each other.
- Knowledge of working methods preventing goods' damages during all In-store Goods flow processes
- Knowledge of techniques of effective merchandising principles that make it easy to shop and keep sales spaces full and attractive.
- Knowledge of creating, following and maintaining guiding framework documents with internal and/or external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the process for allocating products to sales locations in the IKEA store.
- Understanding how active use of IKEA manuals will help to build additional competence.
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures for forklift drivers, and their purpose to keep all co-workers safe and secure during logistics operations.
