Ag&ce Service Solutions Manager

Job Description:
BASIC FUNCTION:
- Support the Warranty department being responsible for the management of Planned Maintenance, Extended Warranty and Telematics-related product offering, quotations, contracts and related accrual funds.
- Develop and maintain Product offering portfolio for all CNH Industrial Business Lines (Agriculture and Construction). Ensure the most accurate quotations are delivered to Business Partners and Customers on timely basis and that resulting Contracts adhere to the Company policies and respect the local legal limitations.
- Monitor Business Partners’ / Customers’ payments and Funds resulting from the sale of contracts and produce and distribute monthly reporting and monitor contract performance.
- Maintain the Warranty system to ensure Maintenance and Repair Claims can be correctly processed. Manage new systems and product rollout projects.
- Actively support and drive the creation of the regional Service Solution team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaise with Product Support, Brands and Legal functions to define, develop and maintain Planned Maintenance, Extended Warranty, Connected Services and Commercial Campaigns offering based on market needs
- Constantly analyses competitors offering to keep CNH Industrial offering aligned
- Provide ad-hoc non-standard quotations and generate recurrent pricelists
- Manage existing contracts and support the drafting of new ones
- Liaise with Financial controllers to ensure accruals allocation
- Monitor funds and accruals set following contract sales and monitor performances
- Produce and distribute reports to control performance, funds and spending
- Lead and manage new systems rollout projects and maintain, parameterize and propose improvements to the Quotation and Contract Tracking systems
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in multinational companies, similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in English, another language is a plus
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Strongly oriented to internal and customer satisfaction
