This role is responsible for designing, developing, leading and evaluation of monthly New Joiner “Get started” programs and culture awareness programs. To also manage new joiner experience improvement project and uplift new joiner experience program with the objectives of promoting the good employee experience; reducing attrition of new hires, increasing employee engagement and creating a great place to work and next in class organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Hiring-
- Take care of internal job posting and referral program end to end from acquisition, implementation and operation.-
- Ensure the new hires have access to all required equipment/technology/tools on the date of joining. Enhance overall onboarding experience, contributing to increased productivity and reduce attrition of new hires.

Staff Fulfillment and On Boarding- Organize and conduct new joiner experience program and ensure all new joiner success on their 119 days onboarding journey. Taking all aspects of employee onboarding lifecycle with zero major risk impact.,- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure all the key onboarding activities are well synchronized and coordinated with smooth execution and operational process.- Facilitate new joiner program, culture awareness with the group. Build the importance of the session with open communication at all level. Navigate the new tools to improve better experience.

Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor in HR, Communications or related fields.- 5+ years proven experience in HR or internal communication or related fields.- Familiarity with medium to large sized organizations and matrixed structures/ reporting lines with a fast moving and agile business environment.- Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement theory and experience in setting up and introducing new employee way of onboarding tools/ platforms (e.g. Teams, Workplace).- Good project management and organizational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.- Data driven lead to strategic plan and key activity.- Ability to work independently and well with others, and effective problem resolution skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication in English skills.- Excellent MS Office skills.- Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.
