We are seeking a creative and strategic **Influencer Marketing Executive** to join our Marketing Department. The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost enrollment for our courses. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer landscapes, and effective collaboration with influencers in the Thailand market.

- Type: Full-Time
- Working hours: 40 hours/week

**Key Responsibilities**

**Influencer Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and brand identity.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with influencers who align with PrepEdu’s values and target audience.
- Manage and allocate short-term and long-term budgets.

**Campaign Planning and Execution**:

- Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and high-quality content that promotes Prep’s courses and Prep's image.
- Control the content and ensure posting schedule.
- Provide direction for production, ideation, and review/feedback of content from influencers, hot pages, and groups on social networks according to the planned strategy.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers or influencer agencies, ensuring ongoing collaboration and long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer agreements to ensure mutual benefits and compliance with campaign objectives.

**Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and achieving KPIs.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer marketing efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.

**Requirements**:
**Language Skills**:

- Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the education sector.
- Good understanding of the education landscape.
- Good knowledge of social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube.
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer marketing campaigns with measurable results.
