Business Development Manager

In this position, you will be a part of SME Team to drive the growth of SMEs’ revenue through LINE for Business products. Specifically, you will be focusing on promotion campaigns and product marketing. Campaign management, digital marketing, and communication skills are therefore needed to succeed in this role.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify new business opportunities to drive positive business impact for LINE Official Account
- Establish go-to-market strategy and manage end-to-end activities (campaigns, product marketing, and education plans), including their operations from ideation, execution, and performance tracking, in order to drive SME market expansion as well as revenue
- Manage end-to-end project implementation from campaign ideation and creation, communication plans and execution, performance tracking, and validation with improvement plans
- Oversee and manage existing projects such as Verified Account project to ensure KPI is achieved through the number of new accounts and generated revenue
- Work closely with Marketing & Communications, Advertising Business, Insights, Legal, PIA, finance and other external stakeholders to ensure the promotional plans are well-executed and delivered within a set timeline
- Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies, ensure maximum profitability, and ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Review and provide feedback on communication materials such as landing page, always-on content, VDO success cases
- Keep up to date with consumer behavior, market trends, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies through SME research projects with Insights team
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or any related field
- 3-7 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Consulting in mobile, technology, E-Commerce or digital fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and ability to create complex project plans and perform complex analyses
- Experience in data analysis, tracking, and visualization
- Deep interest in digital marketing, online ecosystem, technology, and business innovations, with eagerness to continuously learn
- Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results within an agreed timeline
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in spoken and written Thai and English
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous background in E-commerce
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus, along with effective project management expertise
- Demonstrated problem-solving, logical thinking and analytical capabilities, data-driven, with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Methodical, well-organized, detail-oriented
- Flexible team player who possesses self-initiative, leadership skills, and can-do attitude
