- Objectives:
- To lead and be accountable for sales in domestic or export up to experience.- Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible in sales plan and target.
- Leads, challenges, and motivates team to achieve ambitious goals. Consults and creates a positive work environment while working shoulder-to-shoulder with the teams to create and accomplish business and profit plan objectives.
- Builds strong relationships and fosters teamwork to achieve maximum performance.
- Ensure effective consumer learning system are in place with well-supported measurement systems to track consumer response to brand and marketing/sales activities.
- Interprets and evaluates information related to sales, P&L, promotional evaluation, competition, general economic trends, and qualitative/quantitative research-use findings to create long-term consumer target strategies.
- Develops, trains, and contributes to continuously improving knowledge, skills, and abilities of respective teams.
คุณสมบัติ
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years experience in Sales function with Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Chained restaurant, Food retail service. FMCG is a plus.
- 8 years in managerial level with good people management.
- Experience in new product development.
- Proven tracking record with great achievement in Sales.
- Fluent English, logical thinking and proactive
