As a Software Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our products and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust software solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects and collaborate with top talents from around the world.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Designing and architect scalable, reliable, and secure software systems for our products and platforms in Metaverse, Blockchains, Cloud, AI, etc.
- Leading the development team in implementing best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
- Conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Staying updated with emerging technologies and trends in the industry, and assess their potential impact on our projects.
- Driving innovation through research, experimentation, and prototyping of new ideas and technologies.
- Working closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

**Job Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or a similar role, preferably in a tech-driven company.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Metaverse platforms, Blockchains, Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML frameworks, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership qualities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
