- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- **Solution Design** Develop and document solution architectures that align with business requirements and technical standards.
- **Stakeholder Engagement **Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- **Technology Evaluation** Assess and recommend technology platforms, tools, and frameworks that align with the organization’s strategy and goals.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in designing and implementing insurance/Health care systems
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Highly advanced risk mitigation and issue resolution skills; demonstrated ability to identify challenges and determine solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Minimum 5 years experience as engineering manager / solution architect
- Agile and scrum delivery experience prefered.
- Good to have insurance background
