**What will I be doing?**

As the Assistant Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the results of the marketing plan and activities used by the hotel to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to all relevant target markets and address hotel business needs. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Duties involve planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Marketing Communications activities.
- To plan and develop a digital marketing plan to support the overall marketing plan and strategy.
- Always be the brand champion ensuring all collateral conforms to agreed brand standards and content is compliant with corporate guidelines.
- To produce, update and maintain any hotel's visibility in all marketing channels.
- Oversees the development and content strategy of all marketing channels.
- Establish good relations with the media (publications, broadcasts, influencers etc.) and implement hotel marketing campaigns.
- Manages strategic direction on all marketing-related areas including but not limited to: Social Media, Websites, Digital Advertising and Collateral.
- Identifies partnership/sponsorship opportunities for joint outreach.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels
- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr.
- Real-time monitoring of guest comments on various platforms and replying promptly.
- To drive hotel's engagement on socials by elevating content quality that aligns with the market trend.
- Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.

- Minimum 3 years of experience ina related field.
- University education preferred
- Passionate about the digital world, self-starter and a fast learner
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Creative, think outside the box and enjoys interacting with people
- Good English both speaking and writing
- Has good organizational and communicative skills
- Skilled in photography, filming and video editing
- Well-organized and goal-oriented
