Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Description**:

- Process payment to local and overseas vendors following payment approval instructions
- Forecast Co-operation Sales allowance
- Update Sales cooperation budget Status report
- Prepare and Summarized Sales payment status Report
- Engage and partner with Sales & Marketing teams to provide insightful analysis of sales, marketing, and operating through the understanding of key business drivers. Specifying support and strengthening business planning and performance tracking capabilities through driving and enhancing ongoing business analysis, providing high-quality management information, financial & business analysis
- Analyze the business units’ activities and trends and compare analyses against trends and standard policy in the company
- Interacting between internal members and the business leaders to prepare and manage various sales/marketing data reports with high efficiency and accuracy and in a timely manner as well as managing the administrative works support as the assignments
- Prepare monthly and yearly sales deduction forecast
- Check the overall correctness and completeness of Sales Deduction Expenses for the total company.
- Develop new tools/processes to prevent wrong calculations and duplicate payment of Sales Deduction Expenses.

Required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information System, or any related field
- Positive attitude, well-organized, Customer-focused and service-minded
- Proven ability to develop and maintain policies and procedures, and maintain analyses in various data. Provide management reporting and variance analysis, with good analytical skills, and logical and systematic thinking skills.
- Must be organized and detailed oriented, able to perform multi-task
- Able to finish tasks within the timeline.
- Detail-oriented & thorough, with the ability to understand and identify the key trends and levers that drive the business
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel: Pivot table, Vlookup, Sumif, Power Query, and able to manage a big quantity of data transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, independently-minded and customer-focused
- Work well under high pressure and cope well with rapid changes
- Excellent communication in English both verbal and written

Skills and Qualifications
- Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
- Typical entry point for university graduates
