- ** Job Description**:

- Responsible for the HR and administration duties of the office/showroom.
- Responsible for front desk management by receiving and forwarding telephone calls, mail and messages.
- Basic accounting and data entry.
- Coordinate with an outsource accounting firm for monthly reporting and yearly audit.
- Responsible for banking and payment processes.
- Keep record of office contracts and sales contracts.
- Monitor, purchase and keep record of company assets.
- Support and coordinate local, overseas and courier of shipping and delivery of goods
- Responsible for the maintenance of Shoproom/Office
- Support shop retail operations.
- ** Requirement**:

- Degree in any relevant field.
- Excellent command of English (listening, reading, writing and speaking)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Fun, lively and pleasant personality
- Fast learner, enthusiastic, well-organised, positive attitude and result oriented.
- Flexible and willing to take on additional work responsibilities
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experiences
- Reliable and able to work independently with little supervision.
- Proficient with computer skills and internet savvy.
- Able to assist with business support, meeting coordination or other assignments as required.
- ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: English
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
- ** Holiday**: Sat, Sun, Holidays
