**Job Description**:
To ensure providing 100% guest satisfaction

To serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs, responsible for answering calls in order, recording the guest requests, and then pursuing the issue to a resolution.

The Avani Service Center must always exhibit courteous hospitality and fully own each guest issue. When in communication with the guest, she/he must be proactive in every area including offering addtional services and coordinate the response with all concerns and follow up with the guest to ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- At least Bachelor Degree in any field
- New graduate or at least 3 month internship in Front Office or Reservation at one of the international hotels
- Strong in inter-personality and supervisory skill
- Good knowledge of Opera or current Front Office System
- Proficiency in English communication
