**Job Detail**:

- Job Responsibilities- Study term of service, competitor information, market potential, shipping line, airlines in term of service.
- Sales both air & sea freight service in eastern area such as Chonburi, Rayong etc.
- Hunt for new customer accounts across all industries.
- Visit and services customers both new customers and existing customers
- Provide quotation and follow up for feedback.
- Ensures customers' satisfaction and on quality of service.
- Attend to sales enquiries and customers' complaints.
- Supports airfreight, sea freight rate offering and condition including RFI, RFQ, RFP and sales inquiries from customers.
- Update daily in CRM System on customer visits & sales progress.
- Prepare monthly sales and marketing activities reports.

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่- ศึกษาเงื่อนไขการให้บริการ ข้อมูลคู่แข่ง ศักยภาพทางการตลาด สายการเดินเรือ สายการบินในด้านการให้บริการ
- จำหน่ายทั้งบริการขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศและทางทะเลในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก เช่น ชลบุรี ระยอง เป็นต้น
- ตามหาบัญชีลูกค้าใหม่ในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- เยี่ยมชมและให้บริการลูกค้าทั้งลูกค้าใหม่และลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
- เสนอราคาและติดตามผลตอบรับ
- สร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้าและคุณภาพของการบริการ
- รับฟังข้อซักถามด้านการขายและข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
- รองรับการขนส่งทางอากาศ อัตราค่าขนส่งทางทะเล และเงื่อนไข รวมถึง RFI, RFQ, RFP และการสอบถามการขายจากลูกค้า
- อัปเดตทุกวันในระบบ CRM เกี่ยวกับการเยี่ยมชมลูกค้าและความคืบหน้าการขาย
- จัดทำรายงานกิจกรรมการขายและการตลาดประจำเดือน

Necessary Skill / Experience- Age 28-35 years
- Any gender
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
- At least 4 years Sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea) business
- At least 2 years management experience as Sales Leader or Sales Supervisor
- Conversation high level of English
- Able to use Microsoft Office program
- Strong customer relationship management skill
- Have own car and driving license
- Able to use MS Office
- Can communicate in Chinese is preferable
- Have TOEIC score more than 600 is preferable
