Job Summary
Coordinate technical service assignments with service technicians, foreman and employees to provide timely and reliable technical services to customers and clients General Responsibilities
Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
Arrange and coordinate technical services assignments to comply with procedures and processes
Identify improvement initiatives to improve service quality, reduce turnaround times and optimize costs
Coordinate work assignments and follow-up on resolution of critical technical and procedural problems
Order/record service parts and tidiness of service vehicles and take corrective actions
Record periodical usage, consumption and availability of service spares inventory to support the service business
Gather information/data to submit accurate records of preventative maintenance, installations, repairs, time, services, expenses, etc.
Maintain good working relationships with suppliers and customers
Respond to customer queries and resolve basic issues in collaboration with the relevant departments Functional Skills and Knowledge
Demonstrate working knowledge in scientific and medical instruments
Demonstrate working knowledge and experience in trouble-shooting of technology and scientific equipment
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken Education
