Position Summary

1. Maximize sales revenue by understanding the assigned regions and accounts.

2. Pursue market leadership via understanding the value chain of online and traditional businesses and secure the market leadership by managing market distribution trends.

3. Develop short, mid, and long term strategies by analyzing internal/external resources to achieve the business objectives.

4. Increase the number of customers by optimizing performance through e-shop development and management.

Role and Responsibilities
- Building Samsung's online store & E commerce Business through the online space offering with the best of Samsung's wide Product Portfolio
- Delivering a stable and seamless shopper experience across consumer and enterprise space through Strong focus on UI & functionality development, Responsive sites for mobile / desk hardware access & customer service with the innovation across financial services, customer service & logistics as well as tactical SEM & SEO actions, Social media to build & improve the Samsung E Commerce platform.
- End to End Responsibility from traffic management, selection Management / planogram, Shopper marketing programs leading to business delivery, business modeling, forecast & supply chain execution, pricing, logistics, customer service towards execution of programs and partnership management.
- Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the e Commerce organization for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and e Commerce initiatives
- Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the e Commerce strategy
- Manage all aspects of web analytics related to e Commerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
- Increases sales by developing and disseminating product information; managing trade show participation; linking customers' experiences; developing advertising programs, including content and graphics, and sales promotions; advocating cross-product integrations and cross selling
- Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into e Commerce projects
- Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop e Commerce solutions
- Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Leadership Responsibilities
- Key Account Manager and person-in-charged of Samsung in Lazada, Shopee, and/or JD Central
- Responsible for achieving sales and growth target through assortment plan and management, deal/promotion creation, and marketing initiatives
- Driving external/private traffic to store
- Internally, responsible for market share, stock management, sales forecast accuracy, and profitability

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5-7 years of category management experience and online FMCG, Pure Player and e-Commerce background
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and familiarity with best practices and web-based marketing is essential.
- Great interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data analysis to understand market landscape and spot opportunity and have creativity to bring about channel differentiation
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Advanced computer skills are required
- Well organized project management approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in Thai and English
