- ** Job Description**:

- Interface with customers, lead customer engagement calls
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's products and services
- Own the onboarding process, conduct product demos, and explain the product to customers
- Establish clear goals and definitions for customer projects and company deliverables
- Translate customer project requirements into internal tasks for technical / dev teams
- Enter, manage, and track customer tasks, deadlines, and deliverables within internal tools
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to management, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance, establish project success metrics, and identify areas for improvement
- Mediate between the customers and the company to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Run quarterly business review meetings with customers and quantify customer success using NPS scores
- When needed, assist the marketing team to create educational materials and tutorials for customers
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Management, or Engineering, or Marketing
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success and project management roles
- Proactive and self-driven
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Superlative interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with JIRA issue/task management tool
- Experience working with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other
- Ability to establish milestones set deadlines and drive projects to completion
- Exceptional ability to build and foster positive relationships with global customers
- Ability to successfully partner with the internal teams: dev, sales, marketing, finance
- Ability to keep all team members on task, track progress, and report to management
- High integrity, high accountability, with personal organization and attention to detail
- ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: English
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
- ** Holiday**: Saturday-Sunday
