Office and Villa Assistant

Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring all materials are stocked and organized
- Prepare documents and reports as needed.
- Support team members with various projects and tasks.
- Assist in managing the villa’s daily operations, including housekeeping and maintenance coordination.
- Ensure the villa is clean, well-organized, and ready for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with service providers for maintenance, repairs, and other services as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Thai National only
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- Previous experience in office administration or hospitality preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills, self-motivated and hard working.
- Effective time management skills and ability to work under deadline pressure
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a distracting and ever-changing environment
Working Hour: 5 days a week Tue-Sat from 09:00 am - 06:00 pm
**Salary**: 18,000 THB per month
