WORK CLOSELY WITH:
Maintenance and HR Operations function
Supervise the villa inspections before arrival
Quarterly villa inspections with the maintenance team
Report defective SOP procedures to the Head of Operations to schedule training
Be on-site and present solutions when the villas are not following the standards (fixing villas' problems & and low performance)
Development of SOPs as required for Villa Operations to company standard
Standby on operations, guest relations, and reservation issues
Plan training activities depending on SOP up-dates and seasonal schedule
Organize inspection for all the company staff to update the villa information
Be update the consistency of villa information (Inventory & Property belonging)
Dealing with supplier’s issues Human resources function
Ensure that employees follow policies and procedures.
Conduct yearly performance reviews and assessments of Villas staff.
Report any issues to the HR department. Knowledge:
Familiar with all policies and standard operating procedures.
Understanding of the financial situation of each villa.
- THAI National only
- Good English in reading, speaking, and writing.
- Customer mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
- Good Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Co-ordinate and arrange travel and accommodation for the local business when necessary.
- Assist with the office's general events and activities.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Good with social media and posting promoting
- Creative
- Can travel around Phuket (if needed), have own vehicle
- Manage all villas' need, and organize housekeeping-technician and renovating

**Salary**: ฿15,000.00 - ฿20,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

- เมืองภูเก็ต, ภูเก็ต: Relocate before starting work (required)
