The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

**About the Team**:

- Shopee Consignment project is a business sells merchandise on behalf of its owner by specializing in selling particular products and attracting motivated buyers and also professional to handle storage, inventory management, and other tasks associated with selling.- Utilize data analysis and market trends to make informed decisions about product selection and placement.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Implement strategies to maximize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs, ensuring profitability to optimize product assortment.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms and secure competitive pricing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3-6 years of working experience in account management, merchandising or buyer
- Experience in merchandising, product sourcing, or inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Cluster/category background would be a plus to identify differences among products and tailor strategies accordingly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
