Join us as a Cluster Lead at Lazmall Marketing Solutions, where you'll play a key role in driving growth of Lazada Sponsored Solutions - a suite of AI-powered marketing tools that help businesses succeed on Lazada. In this role, you will be leading a sales team consisting of account managers, while also managing critical accounts directly. With your strong media sales knowledge, project management, and communication skills, you'll work closely with our commercial team to drive investment among strategic brand partners and provide consultancy on media strategy to address business challenges. This is your chance to work with top conglomerate partners and make a tangible impact on fast-growing e-commerce platforms.**Responsibilities**:
- Lead of account managers to achieve adoption and sales targets, while also directly managing critical brand accounts.
- Responsible for generating sales revenue from the assigned portfolio of strategic brand partners.
- Lead the strategy, operation, and performance of the assigned portfolio.
- Understand clients’ consumer funnel, goals, and strategies. Provide support to brands/sellers and their agencies in building efficient media plans (from planning to execution to post-campaign analysis) and
share category best practices and optimization tips.- Coach and guide a team on skills and performance.
- Actively pitch the suite of Sponsored Solutions to acquire new brands and educate them on the benefits of each solution through customized workshops and training.
- Develop timely and actionable business reviews and post-campaign reports.
- Collaborate and coordinate closely with regional and local cross-functional teams (commercial category teams, onsite, and data) to execute brand activities and projects seamlessly.
- Review campaign performance, provide in-depth analysis, and offer key recommendations to improve and optimize performance to drive growth. Provide insights on campaign performance to support long
term solution selling.
**Job Requirements**
- University degree in business, marketing or related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in brand/account management or other sales-related experience.
- Deep understanding in digital marketing/online media
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with strong personality and ability to deliver compelling pitches to partners and coach team on such skills.
- Strong business acumen with analytical skill to deep dive account performance and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
- Strong project management skill and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear sense of ownership, quality and timely delivery work
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
- People management experience
- Experience in e-commerce, tech, platform, or fast-moving companies
- Experience in managing brands or large client accounts.
- Experience in Advertising sales or performance marketing especially Facebook and Google Ads.
- Hands-on media planning skill escially Facebook and/or Google Ads.
- Experience related to areas of brand marketing/digital and performance marketing is a plus
