**Sales**: Achieve allocated quota, gross profit target; ensure customer satisfaction**
- Manage Key Stakeholders.
- Build a strong sales funnel, with the proper follow-up to achieve the sales budget for the direct business in Thailand
- Lead the product demonstration, and product trail to customers to make sure that they perceive the unique values of our features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain sales process & management for assigned franchise/Territory
- Manage design and implement the product placement projects with the proper follow-up to optimize the return on investment, and to hit the yearly sales budget according to each project.
- Create and maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders
- Work with our 4PL distributor to prepare the quotation and specification according to the tender, and hospital’s requirement.
