**Job Title - Compliance Assistant (Manager Level)**

**What the day will look like**

Be responsible for our business processes and transactions follow all relevant laws, Group requirement and company's policies. The range of duties including evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, reviewing company processes, evaluating compliance, training employees on relevant laws and internal policies, and other compliance works

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Research industry compliance regulations
- Provide assistance in preparing for impending regulatory changes or revisions
- Assist in the development of compliance initiatives and programs to align with the respective regulatory obligations
- Work closely with business team on the company’s compliance with laws, regulations and resolve compliance risk
- Assist/Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance
- Build and lead effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations
- Focus to handle the monitoring and assessment program for Data privacy, PDPA and all related law and group requirement
- Coordinate with relevant partners e.g., regional legal & compliance and business to review the contracts and new product development
- Support regional and global compliance initiatives to ensure the effective method of the compliance program
- Ensure detailed and timely investigation of all compliance incidents and cases
- Assist/Develop and implement appropriate training courses for management and staffs
- Handle in general compliance awareness and refresher training
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks
- Perform all other duties as assigned

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Bachelor or Master degree in law or related fields
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in legal or compliance officer role
- Experience in insurance industry
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
- Strong analytical and communication skill
- Organized and be able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in English Skills (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- Highly competent in Microsoft Excel, managing large volumes of data and Microsoft PowerPoint)
