**Marketing Coordinator, Thailand Office**:
**Your Opportunity**

As Tractus’ Marketing Coordinator your duties and responsibilities will be focused on supporting the firm’s global and regional marketing programs that promote the firm as a whole, and its three practice areas: Economic Development, Corporate Finance, Strategy & Execution.

You will be a key member of the Marketing team, working directly with senior Management driving Marketing activity towards set goals and KPI’s, as well as, working closely with Country Managers and Practice Heads to support the development, coordination, and scheduling of marketing programs.

Your role will be diverse and exciting covering the key tasks of;
- Ensuring all programs are delivered in a timely and professional manner
- Design/Creative Content Development & provide in-house graphic design services for Marketing and external Business Communications e.g. proposals
- Coordinate a range of communications via, web, social media, press releases and case studies
- Develop & optimize digital content
- Measurement, reporting, analysis of Marketing activities & Digital platforms
- Management & Coordination of Managers events

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist Marketing Team with the execution of all marketing activities for Tractus
- Work to an established marketing plan
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to update Marketing plans & programs
- Coordinate program execution with Practice Heads and Country Managers
- Graphic design of Marketing external communications & promotional materials
- Creative content development
- Ensure all programs are delivered in a timely and professional manner
- Develop marketing campaign
- Communications distribution
- Web site administration
- Contribute to the definition & development of the corporate brand design language
- Event Coordination

**Key Experiences & Skills**
- Excellent English language literacy spoken and written
- Located in Bangkok (Not remote)
- 2 - 5 years marketing and graphic design experience with knowledge of digital marketing additional experience may include;
- Business marketing for professional services firms
- Events marketing
- Public relations or media
- General marketing skills
- Content management & development
- Content & communications writing
- Project management
- Graphic design strategy
- Photoshop, adobe & other graphic design software
- Microsoft Office: Word, Powerpoint & Excel
- Knowledge of word press & image optimization
