- Job Objectives:
- 1. To handle all administrative work and to ensure the smooth-running operation of marketing department.
- 2. To actively promote and participate in marketing process to ensure that the annual marketing Plan is achieved.
- 3. To creatively support the PR, Marketing and Sales functions of the department.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Marketing Coordinator, your role involves strategizing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote the hotel. Here are the key responsibilities for this position:
- 1. Develop Strategic Initiatives: Create and execute marketing plans that encompass various channels, including print, broadcast, and online content.
- 2. Advertising Campaigns: Design and manage branded advertising campaigns to enhance the hotel’s visibility.
- 3. Content Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content for promotional materials.
- 4. Tracking Systems: Set up tracking systems to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and online activities.
- 5. Conducts as per marketing and sales policy and practice established by the sales and marketing.
- 6. Ensures smooth running operation of the division’s administrative functions.
- 7. Cooperates with all departments to ensure the accuracy of information issued.
- 8. Actively involves in the social media process of the resort - including Facebook, IG, google etc.
- 9. To assist on overseeing Website, Channel Manager, creating campaign, briefing all graphics, contacting reviewer, offline (Event), promotion Memo, credit cards clearance and Report Weekly.
- 10. Reviews rate and web positioning for On line Travel agents and websites.
- 11. Maintains Trip Advisor business listing and reviews of the resort on trip advisor and other channels - providing weekly feedback and reports to the concerned.
- 12. Maintains special projects and marketing activities as directed by the Marcom manager or S&M manager.
- 13. Follows and provides feedback on ways to improve the sales and marketing process for the resort.
- 14. Reports on confirmed and anticipated bookings for forecasting purposes.
- 15. Liaises with rooms & guest services, reservation, and other relevant departments.
- 16. Corresponds with relevant and requested contacts.
- 17. Maintains close contact with travel agents, airlines and partners.
- 18. Liaises with concerned departments to ensure that operations will deliver the best quality products to the clients.
- 19. Performs other duties as assigned.
- 20. Assists sales and marketing team members in organizing the filing system of the department.
- 21. Assists with arranging “monthly report” to Marcom manager on monthly basis.
- 22. Ensures that the stock of stationery items is accounted for and well maintained.
- 23. Handles all typing work required.
- 24. Assists in the dispatch and collection of correspondence in hotel.- 26. Assists the Marcom manager and Sales Team to ensure all database is up to date.
- 27. Communicates effectively with guests, clients, business partners and staff.
- 28. To be a good sales person to promote resort’s image and businesses.
- 29. Participates in community projects or activities in order to promoting the resort’s image and cooperation to improve community relationship
- JOB REQUIREMENT:
- 1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant.
- 2. Minimum of 2-3 years of On-line marketing experience in a similar capacity.
- 3. Have good communication skills in written and spoken in Thai and English
- 4. Result-Oriented. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
- 5. Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonalคุณสมบัติ
