- **Evaluate call qualities of Sales & Customer Services based on score cards timely & accurately.**:

- **Working with QC team and sales team to improve sales scripts.**:

- **Translate documents and script written in Philippines language to English or Thai and vice versa.**:

- **Other duties as assigned**
