- Developing and implementing a comprehensive branding strategy to promote the organization and its products or services to the target audience.
- Planning and executing public relations campaigns and activities to enhance the organization's reputation and increase public awareness, both for corporate and investor audiences.
- Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and marketing partner to secure positive media coverage and increase brand visibility.
- Developing and managing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, such as community engagement programs, philanthropy, and environmental sustainability, to build a positive image for the organization and meet ESG goals.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, investor relations, and senior management, to ensure alignment and integration of branding, PR, CSR, ESG, and partnership strategies.
- Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with other companies, organizations, or influencers that align with the organization's values and mission, and support ESG goals.
- Coordinating with the investor relations team to communicate financial and ESG-related information to investors and other stakeholders.
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branding, PR, CSR, ESG, and partnership activities and providing regular reports to senior management.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to branding, PR, CSR, ESG, and partnerships and recommending changes or updates to the organization's strategies accordingly.
- Respond and being the project leader for marketing research and marketing strategy.
- Responsible for business partnership acquisition and management.
- Manage CSR and branding team to achieve corporate target.
- Coordinate with other team to run project management success with good performance.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is required. A master's degree in business administration (MBA) can be beneficial.
- Min. 5-7 years of experience in branding, public relations, and marketing partnerships, Marketing management.
- Min. 3 years of leadership experience.
- strong understanding of the branding process and how to develop and execute branding strategies.
- Have experience in managing corporate communications and public relations, including media relations, crisis management, and internal communications.
- knowledge of branding principles and practices, public relations principles and practices investor relations and financial communications and knowledgeable about CSR and ESG initiatives
- think strategically and develop long-term plans and goals for the company's branding and PR efforts. They should be able to analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including executives, employees, customers, investors, and media.
- Can work under pressure and having positive growth mindset and team work
