**Technician**
We’re looking for knowledgeable and passionate **Technician LSS** to join the **Building Services Team.**
**JOB PURPOSE**
- To action and maintain of building services work/activity according to Building Services work scope comply with Thailand law and regulations, MEG Operation Manual, MEG Mystery shopper KPI, MEG Energy and environment KPI.
- To response and take action of building services work/activities each shift, Daily Services request progress update
- To response and take action of operation systems/equipment. Daily checklist shall be record and all faulty operating function must be inform in service request system and fix immediately
- To response and take action of maintenance. Maintenance records must be filling Daily and all faulty function must be inform in service request system and fix A.S.A.P
- To response and take action of inspection and test. Inspection and test records must be filling Daily and all faulty function must be inform in service request system and fix A.S.A.P
- Material and spare part stock checking and report od response system/equipment Monthly for Critical Item and Quarterly for non-critical Item
- To action in project supervisor of Building services/SLBK project to complete on time and complied with safety and engineering standard as per project assignment form. Project progress update, inspection and test according to Material and Drawing approved
- To verify of maintenance records. Daily
- To update documentation of System and equipment e.g. As built drawing, electrical load schedule, BMS Point list, Yearly(December)
- Other assignment by Technical Supervisor
- สามารถดำเนินงาน กิจกรรมตามขอบเขตงานให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับของประเทศไทยตามคู่มือการใช้งาน
- สามารถดำเนินงาน/กิจกรรมแต่ละกะ รวมถึงงานความคืบหน้ารายวันได้
- สามารถดูแลการทำงานของระบบ อุปกรณ์การทำงาน การซ่อมบำรุง การทดสอบระบบต่างๆ โดยจดบันทึกตรวจสอบรายการรายวัน และเมื่อเกิดข้อผิดพลาดต้องแจ้งขอรับบริการแก้ไขในทันที
- สามารถตรวจสอบสต็อกวัสดุ อะไหล่ สำหรับอุปกรณ์ที่สำคัญให้รายงานทุกเดือนและรายงานทุกสามเดือนสำหรับรายการทั่วไป
- สามารถเป็นผู้ดูแลโครงการของแผนกให้แล้วเสร็จตรงเวลาและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยตามแบบโครงการ รวมถึงอัปเดตความคืบหน้าของโครงการ ตรวจสอบ และทดสอบตามวัสดุและแบบที่ได้รับอนุมัติ
- สามารถตรวจสอบบันทึกการบำรุงรักษา รายวัน
- สามารถอัพเดทเอกสารของระบบและอุปกรณ์ได้
- สามารถทำงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายโดย Technical Supervisor
- เพศชาย
- ประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี
- อายุ 20-28 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปวช. ขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- สามารถเข้ากะกลางคืนได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- มีพื้นฐาน MS Word, MS Excel ฯลฯ
