**Job Summary**:

- Operations Department provides middle to back office support functions to various business units of the company e.g. subscription process of primary market, settlement of OTC products, clearing process and take care of corporate actions.
- Co-ordinate and work closely with businesses, other support functions and counterparty e.g. TSD, TCH, Custodian, Registrar to ensure smoothness of productions and completion of task on time within scope.
- Our Department aims to be a partner with business units and is committed to provide efficient support services on a timely manner with accurate information and in compliance with applicable law and regulations

**Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- Responsible for securities closing book processing
- Responsible for subscription of rights issue, warrant exercise and tender offer for clients.
- Responsible for Disseminate corporate news, especially TSD/SET announcement to all relevant persons
- Responsible for clearing functions with TSD / TCH
- Responsible for subscription of IPO / PO / Tender Offer
- Responsible for OTC product settlement and registrar processing
- Responsible for any regulatory report and audit request
- Responsible for handling new business product, new project related to operations
- Co-ordinate with all parties who involve business

**Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ**:

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other business related field
- 1-3 years of experience in the back office and operations area in equity,

TSD Clearing & Corporation Actions or background in custodian, preferably in securities is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Pleasant personality with service mind, energetic, enthusiastic and a good team player
- Highly competent in administrative tasks
- Able to work under pressure and work proactively with can do attitude
- Must possess good judgment, logic and ability to multi-task

**Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง**:
