As current business is doing well, company would like to expand Accounting and GA division.
[Job Detail]
- Key in all data in SAP system
- Review of all payment transactions
- Review of all received transactions and issue invoice & Tax invoice
- Reviewed transaction processing for GL, AR, AP, before closing
- Monitor fixed assets in accordance with company policy. And according to accounting standard
- Review VAT, withholding tax and perform corporate income tax submission to revenue Department
- Perform month & year end closing procedure and budgeting support establishing internal controls
- Manage & control subordinates to make the accounting and financial operation smoothly accounting functions (AP, AR, GL and taxes)
- External & Internal auditor to ensure correct
- Cooperate with HQ and group company for Financial & Accounting issues
- Consolidation reporting Package by quarterly to HQ
- Inventory checking year end
- Salary calculation & personal income tax ( PND.1 & PND.1 K)
- Prepare Social Security information whole year of all staff (กท.20) submission to SSO
- FS submission to DBD & BOI
- Provide the information of company and group to make the Transfer Pricing report
- Provide advice and information to other departments regarding related accounting and financial information
- Supervise matters in the accounting & admin department. Provide advice and guidance to subordinates
- Prepare the employment contract for new staff
- Other jobs from manager assignment

Salary

45,000 - 55,000 (THB)

[Requirements]
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Intermediate level of English or above
- Hold CPD license
- Have experience in Accounting & Financial full function (minimum 5 years)
- Able to Closing and Analysis Financial Statement at least 5 years and all process related
- Able to Consolidation Financial statement all process related
- Able to very good knowledge of taxation / Accounting Standard
- Able to Budgeting controlling analysis and management
- Deep understanding of the accounting principles
- Good computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Have experience Trading business, Wholesales business and Logistics business
- Have knowledge to do Transfer Pricing report
- Have experience BOI business
- Have knowledge Inventory checking
- Have experience submit Financial report to DBD & BOI office
- Skill in management and able to handle stress and deadlines
- Have experience Admin field
- Able to do salary & personal income tax calculation
