About the Role

Digital Alchemy, a rapidly growing Database Marketing Services Provider. Our business is helping large companies automate offline and online campaigns to achieve positive ROI, driven by database intelligence and consumer insights.

We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to keep and maintain records of our entities in Bangkok and across locations.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handle full set of accounts including month-end closing and year-end audit activities
- Perform accurate data entry to computerized accounting system
- Prepare full set of accounts and bank reconciliation
- Prepare necessary accounting schedules: Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, loan, hire purchase, etc.
- Responsible for invoicing, credit memo and accounting functions
- Other Ad-hoc duties or assignments
- Experienced in VAT and Withholding Tax matters

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong accounting and taxes background
- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Team player and an eye for accuracy and details
- Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office, Excel
- Experience in Xero would be an advantage
- Have an activated CPD license
- Excellent knowledge of related Singapore regulatory reporting requirements
