Agile Transformation Coach

**Job Purpose/Role**

The Global Agile Transformation Tribe is recruiting experienced Agile Transformation Coaches who will work on scaled agile transformations within product areas from our Bangkok location. Through one globally identical E2E Agile Way of Working at Allianz Technology, organize for independent product teams, align governance to products, tech enablement and skills & talent with focus on craftsmanship; we aim to adapt to customer needs by delivering more value and increase customer satisfaction in decreased delivery times. Our Agile Blueprint structure is based on the Spotify model with area’s, tribes, chapters etc.

**Key responsibilities/What you do**
- Guide the transformation of a product area end-to-end, from first interaction with area lead to the handover to area transformation team
- Challenge the transformation story, structures, and processes of existing product areas, execute baseline assessments and perform gap analysis with the Allianz Agile Blueprint as reference
- You will be the trusted partner for the area leads, tribe leads and chapter area leads,
- You will be the sparring partner if needed for other roles like product owners, scrum master, chapter leaders
- Help define the transformation story of a new product area, including purpose and desired state
- Co-create area transformation strategy and transformation roadmap towards self-sustaining organization (together with area transformation team), including high level estimates on timing, targets and metrics
- Facilitate workshops e.g., value stream mapping, area and tribe setup
- Help design and build for scale within product area
- Help facilitate scaled ceremonies e.g., big room planning, big room review, Quarterly Business Reviews
- Give training e.g., agile foundations, scrum master / product owner advanced, agile leadership
- Support the implementation of the Allianz Agile Blueprint
- Support the setup of centre of excellence and community of practices within the product area
- Developing the agile mindset and capabilities of the organization (training, coaching, challenge on agile value & principles
- Support the product area transformation by actively sharing good practices of other area’s
- Share and inform the agile transformation tribe about the area transformation progress, impediments, risks and help requests.
- Create an environment where we can keep innovating our products and processes through empowered cross functional teams

**Key requirement /What you bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field, IT, or related field skills, or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 5+ years ‘experience in an agile context e.g. in the role of agile coach, senior scrum master of agile consultant
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience being integral part of a scaled agile organization as agile coach, release training engineer or scrum master
- Experience in working with the Spoitfy model, Objectives & Key Results (OKR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) is a big plus
- You have experience in coaching middle and senior management in agile mindset & behaviour
- You have one or more of these certifications psm-2, pspo-2, a-csm, a-cspo,a-csd, management 3.0, PAL-E, SAFe, Spotify model, LeSS, Kanban, DevOps, Lean from well-known institutes
- You are courageous to confront people on all levels in a respectful manner and can make people enthusiastic
- You can connect people and have good stakeholder management and communication skills towards senior management and executives.
- You have experience with the Liberating Structures and facilitating various workshops including value stream mapping, customer journeys, agile guilds, agile community of practices
- You have deep knowledge and understanding of (scaled) agile values, principles, and approaches as well as lean principles
- You have good analytical skills
- Other recommended skills: customer centric, storytelling, consultancy skills, emotional intelligence,
conflict handling
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and Miro
- Fluent in English language both spoken and written
- Ability to travel
