This** **role to ensures the** **Develop & Implement** **FP&R Standards, Coordinate with** **other stakeholders** **and sites to share** **practices and improve results to drive factory** **performance and cost savings

**What will you do;**
- Work with** **Other department to Implement FP&R Standards
- Develop FP&R** **implementation, monitor both progress and results
- Coordinate with other** **stakeholders and sites to share practices and improve results-
- Leading and coordinate** **with plant BA / Costing team to drive the cost savings
- Leading the FTG program and coordinate with all departments to drive the FTG project
- Conduct annual FTG workshop
- Work with plant BA and Costing team to standardize the cost model / master plan
- Work with plant BA and costing team to standardize and consolidate the data for COS/budget

**Required Qualifications;**
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 Years of experience in continuous improvement.
- Six Sigma Lean training knowledge and experience.
- Experience in statistical process control, root-cause analysis, and or analytical methods
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Good English communication skills both writing and speaking.
- Proficient in using Google tools is preferable. Other computer skills.
