Position: Enterprise Account Manager - full time

**-* **Thai national, based in Thailand**
- Location: Hybrid working (540 Mercury Tower, Suite 1180, Ploenchit Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan Bangkok)
- Office hours: Flexible (standard working time 9 - 6)
- Reports to: Country Sales Director (Thai)
- Team: Individual Contributor
- Salary: 60,000 - 100,000THB base salary, 10,000THB travel allowance, 2,000THB mobile allowance, quarterly commission

**-* **Experience: 3-5 years of direct experience, more focused on BD/Account management rather than hunting**
- Target: 500,000USD annually
- Clients’ accounts: Finance and Insurance

**The Account Manager involves representing the company and its solutions to expand territory accounts and achieve or surpass sales targets. This role focuses on cultivating new customer relationships, maintaining existing ones, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement territory/account sales plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for acquiring new accounts.
- Manage and accurately report on sales pipeline activities.
- Maintain customer and transactional data in a CRM system.
- Foster strong and trusted relationships with clients.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Essential Requirements**:
**-* **At least 3-4 years of experience in Enterprise Software solution sales.**
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities for networking and negotiation.
- Capability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing and winning significant opportunities.
- Experience in both transactional and strategic sales.
- Industry knowledge and experience in the Commercial sector.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity or sales experience in Cloud, Technology, and Managed Services is advantageous.
- Understanding or sales experience in CRM, Analytics, and Business Intelligence is advantageous.

Pay: ฿60,000.00 - ฿95,000.00 per month
