**Responsibilities**:
Leading Insurance company that provides a wide range of insurance products and services, including life insurance, health insurance, accident insurance, and general insurance. The company has won numerous awards for its products and services and has been recognized for its commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
- Review all insurance accounting transactions, ensuring account codes, amounts, and transaction analyses are accurate with supporting documents to complete month-end closing tasks within the specified timeframe.
- Examine the end-to-end process of all accounting transactions, establish controls, validate efficiency and accuracy, and ensure compliance with LA, LSP, and PDTW.
- Collaborate with Actuarial and Reporting teams to provide reasons, results, and performance of outstanding balances on LA and Noncore based on Local and IFRS4, new accounting GAAP on IFRS17 and TFRS17.
- Act as a representative and implementer for any core company project by providing the requirements of accounting and control related. Brainstorm alignment with other functions and perform UAT as agreed upon timeline.
- Self-motivated and motivate the team to work efficiently.
**Experience requirements**:
- Minimum 7- 10 years of work experience in Insurance industry
- Expert in Insurance internal system
- Good command of both writing and spoken English
- Working effectively with others and understanding how to leverage their strengths.
