**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- **Identify gaps between current and future digital processes as whole organization in team of users and customers experience with collaborative cross-IT/Business people related to implement new IT/Business processes’ optimization and initiatives in the IT strategy and roadmap.**:

- **Defines, recommend, and prioritize possible IT projects’ initiative for improving IT services quality, performance, and efficiency related to KPIs measurement in advance.**:

- **Review, measure, report, and communicate on IT service improvement initiatives.**:

- **Drive and support best practice sharing and implementation across IT team and business units.**:

- **Support and solve any problems from IT operation and services management as well as including efficient solutions with related parties.**:

- **Ensure IT security, risk, governance, and controls are emplaced within all IT/Business processes as appropriated by balancing customers-focused effectiveness, policies and standards compliance, and cost effectiveness of the managerial stakeholders’ related.**:

- **Work collaboration with auditors and others compliance teams both internal and external parties.**:

- **Lead and participate cross-functional and cross-divisional special IT/Business improvement projects.**:

- **Coach/mentor IT team in some specify topics as required.**

- **3+ years of relevant experience within an advisory firm or working under business transformation division in the Retail, F&B, and Energy sectors is helpful.**:

- **3+ years of experience in related field; Process Management, Process Improvement, IT value chain, IT operation management, IT services management, Project management, and Software development methodologies.**:

- **Energetic with passion for the opportunities to drive business efficiency.**:

- **Business acumen and ability to negotiate with IT/Business partners.**:

- **Demonstrate process excellence, project management and communication skills to manage improvement initiative, effectively deliver results and ability to effectively build of partnerships.**:

- **Background in Technological savviness, Business/Digital Transformation.**:

- **Master's degree within a field of study in Digital business, Innovation, Technology, Statistics, Information, Engineering or equivalent.**:

- **Certificated related to IT management framework and standards, IT service management or ITIL, Process Improvement or Lean such as CMMi or Six Sigma (an advantage but not critical).**:

- **Strong in creative, analytical, and systematic thinking as well as problem solving, leadership, collaborative work, and interpersonal skill.**:

- **Must have strong Presentation skills.**:

- **Excellent writing and presenting in Thai and English communication.**:

- **Travel as needed.**
