Our client is a beverage manufacturing company using organic products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the efficient and effective flow of goods, services, and information throughout the supply chain network, including:

- Inventory management.
- Demand & Supply Planning and Forecasting.
- Logistics and Transportation.
- Cost Control and Efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration.
- Overseeing and managing various aspects of the supply chain to ensure efficient operation.
- **Demand & Supply Planning**: Collaborating with US and local teams on demand forecast, developing supply and operations plan, and aligning production and procurement for coconut water, coconut meat, and coconut byproduct business.
- **Co-manufacturing Management**: Overseeing and collaborating with third-party co-manufacturers, developing production planning, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver products to the company’s standard.
- **Inventory Management**:Optimizing inventory levels to meet demands while minimizing carrying costs, obsolescence, and stockouts. Including implementing inventory control policies, forecasting accurately, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- **Logistics and Transportation**: Managing the movement of goods, including selecting transportation modes, negotiating contracts with carriers, optimizing shipping routes, and monitoring the performance of logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Warehouse Management**: Overseeing warehouse operations both internal and external, including space utilization, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping. This involves optimizing storage layouts, implementing efficient picking strategies, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- **Cost Management**: Controlling all supply chain-related expenses, including the annual budgeting process.
- **Supply Chain Analytics**: Utilizing data analysis tools and techniques to gather insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for improving the supply chain.
- performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives & key results (OKRs).
- **People Management and Development**: Building and leading a team of multi-supply chain functions, including developing team skills and competency.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying and mitigating risks that may impact the supply chain. Developing contingency plans and ensuring business continuity.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Driving process improvements and implementing best practices throughout the supply chain, including opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and quality improvement.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align supply chain activities with business objectives and ensure effective communication and coordination.
- **Compliance and Sustainability**: Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and ethical practices related to supply chain operations. Promoting sustainability initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, and Operations.
- Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Understanding supply chain principles, concepts, and best practices is crucial.
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management or related roles. Experience in different aspects of the supply chain, such as planning, or distribution, can provide a well-rounded perspective.
- Experience in FMCG or the Food industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS), is beneficial. Additionally, advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling can be advantageous.
