- Plan and manage materials for maintenance repairs and projects to prevent wastage.
- Perform maintenance work as per PPM plan.
- Install new equipment when necessary and perform tasks to the highest standards.
- Address issues in your activity field promptly and independently.
- Manage workshop stocks and order supplies as required.
- Adhere to daily tasks and ensure timely implementation.
- Attend to guests' additional needs and requirements.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or certificate in a technical field (e.g., electrical, mechanical).
- Prior experience in maintenance or technical roles, preferably in hospitality.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., electrical, plumbing) preferred.
- Basic English and fluent in Thai.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to perform manual tasks and work in various conditions.
