- Coordinate with planning and related departments. To plan the import and export from Vendor abroad as well as back order.
- Negotiate the terms of the order Purchasing and importing goods with foreign vendor as well as negotiating conditions. Rebate incentive.
- Coordinate with relevant departments. And track problems. In case of problems with product quality. And services received from overseas Vendor.
- Evaluate and prioritize the quality of Vendor services.
- Analyze the database of import orders for cost effective management.
- Coordinate with related departments such as marketing department on budgeting for promotion plan.
- Make an annual procurement budget plan.
- Track and prepare purchase order report. Compare the target with every foreign vendor. -Analyze reports as assigned.
- Management, counseling, decision making, problem solving, skill development, team work in the supervisory line.
- Participate in activities such as meeting with Vendor, training product knowledge.
- ** Company works 5 days a week (08.30-17.30)

- Male or female age 28-35 years old.
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, General Management Or related fields
- At least 3 years experience in overseas purchasing
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Can use MS-Office program (especially Excel).
- Be eager to learn in their careers. And continuous improvement
- Can coordinate to deal with potential vendors to source and develop new products.
- Good personality in business negotiation.
- Interested in learning the automotive or lubricant industry. Car news
- Need a stable job. And promote growth in the profession.
