- Understand the corporate philosophy and conduct business in accordance with it.
- Understand the needs of customers and provide risk assessments, suggestions for improvement, and proposals for optimal insurance with polite explanations that the customers are satisfied with.
- Fulfill tasks based on company policies such as annual plans.
- Conduct smooth communication, coordination and negotiation both inside and outside the Company.
- Understand all types of life insurance and non-life insurance and make appropriate proposals that meet customer needs.
- Visit customers by themselves to identify their needs, acquire new customers, and develop new demand.
- Understand the business contents other than the insurance business of the Company and introduce them to our customers.
- Get Life and Non-Life insurance broker license during probation period, if you don’t have it.

- Male or Female, Thai national, Age 25-35 years old
- Bacherlor Degree in any field
- Sales experience at an insurance company or insurance broker
- Good command of English (Level 4 or above)
- Have driver license
