Responsibility
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the system operations team, ensuring efficient and effective IT operations.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
- Implement robust monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve system issues, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical problems, coordinating with relevant teams for prompt resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Evaluate and select third-party vendors and service providers, maintaining productive relationships and holding them accountable to SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Negotiate contracts and licensing agreements to optimize costs and service levels.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science applied technology, business administration or any relevant fields
- Proficiency in system administration and network administration
- Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
- Decision-making: Sound judgment and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
