- To define and strengthen distributor management processes, lead on the GTM projects as per aligned in AOP with multi-functional managers to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of Thai Food distributor to ensure sustained distributor profitability, as well as support on GTM foundation for new business opportunities.
- Accountability
- Be the Business Lead for GTM Project Transformation as defined in AOP and construction of generation, transmission, substation, and distribution projects to ensure adherence to sales TT execution, budget, schedule, and scope i.e. Pre-sell model, route and coverage expansion, frequency optimization etc.
- Be the governance of route compliance which have been done the digital routing by route engineer to build Advantage and sustain re-routing efforts leveraging Customer level data and validated census opportunities, Dynamic dispatching program to drive the efficiency and productivity of the routes as well as distributor transportation
- Develop and implement best practices to all distributors as well as ensure compliance with PEP policy
- Provide input and feedback for funding, financial analysis, and reporting status on each projects

Bachelor degree in any fields
7-10 years experience in Sales, Distributor Development in Traditional Trade Channel
Experience in FMCG and Sales Project Management
Strong analytical skills to evaluate information related to the projects and problem-solving skills to develop solutions forspecific operational issues and excellent execution
Excellent communication (writing/verbal), presentation skills both TH/EN are required and the ability to influence andlead key stakeholders
Capable of setting priorities and working under pressure
Be able to multi-task, planning several events simultaneously
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel is imperative
Travel required for GTM Projects compliance recheck in the upcountry
