**You Will**

1. **Demand Planning (Total O+O)**
- Lead and coordinate the demand planning process
- Be the facilitator of the monthly forecast process & to provide consistent analysis of the forecast accuracy
- Ensure the consistency and the consensus on global forecast in volume versus the sales forecast, the controlling trend and historical sales
- Working collaboratively with the sales, marketing and trading units to understand and deliver the brand/ customer requirements and to improve and deliver accurate, robust and timely forecasts
- Be the overall owner for Sales forecast accuracy for the division

2. **Driving S&OP process together with Supply Chain Manager**
- Actively driving and Co-leading S&OP process
- Leading the preparation deck for validation meeting by leading Demand planning team with consolidating O+O Sale forecast of CPD for global validation
- Ensure the risks and opportunities would be address properly for further decision making

3. **Co-responding in Inventory management**
- Co-responsible for inventory management with Supply Planner
- Follow closely the actual supply and alert if any risk & highlighting and addressing supply chain issues that could affect the Business
- Reporting on and managing the inventory levels, highlighting risks and actions
- Manage all activities necessary to develop requirements for the businesses that will drive targeted inventory turns and sustain required customer service levels
- Proactively raise or alert commercial for the SLOB, potential SLOB including driving commercial on SLOB clearance

4. **Organization Capability & Work Process Improvement**
- Optimize the catalogue
- Identify and develop new ideas & lead projects that improve demand /supply planning & inventory processes
- Overseeing, managing and coaching of the demand planning team to ensure full understanding of their category in line with overall departmental and company strategy to deliver sustainable & better results as well as individual capabilities & career plan

**You Have**
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain (ideally), Engineering, Economics or related
- Thai & English (Strong communication skill, both oral and written, including effective negotiation) )skills)
- MS. Office i.e. Excel - If cause, PIVOT, Vlookup, Power Point
- Demand Planning, Demand & Supply Planning, Business Planning, Supply Chain
- Demand planning & Supply planning - Demand planning experience is critical with sales forecasting process development a major benefit
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate decision-making across the Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance organizations
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with willingness and ability to challenge assumptions drive change and improvement
