- Business Development Manager (40K-65K) (SDG-105327)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจ-
- Work closely with the Managing Director to plan the annual Profit and Loss plan for the B2B section.
- Build a strategic plan to achieve the goal and create a consistent commitment to the team’s effort and execution.
- Overseeing a team of account executives/sales to ensure that sales objectives are
achieved by building KGI/KPI, frequently catching up, and making sure the team is going in the right direction.- Setting reasonable sales quotas to be achieved by the sales team.
- Developing long-lasting relationships with new prospects or building networks for the company
- Supervise account executives/sales to be able to handle the clients smoothly and Maintain good relationships.
- Identifying customer needs and strategically Developing new services by utilizing company
products, services, and resources that fulfill those needs- Developing solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase
company products and services.- Guiding and coaching the whole team to catch up with the KPI of each member.

สำเร็จได้ด้วยการสร้าง KGI/KPI ไล่ตามให้ทัน และดูแลให้ทีมไปในทิศทางที่ถูกต้อง- กำหนดโควตาการขายที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้ทีมขายบรรลุผล
- การพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ที่ยาวนานกับลูกค้าใหม่หรือการสร้างเครือข่ายให้กับบริษัท
- ดูแลผู้บริหารบัญชี/ฝ่ายขายเพื่อให้สามารถจัดการลูกค้าได้อย่างราบรื่นและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- ระบุความต้องการของลูกค้าและพัฒนาบริการใหม่เชิงกลยุทธ์โดยใช้บริษัท
ผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ และทรัพยากรที่ตอบสนองความต้องการ- พัฒนาข้อเสนอการขายที่มั่นคงเพื่อโน้มน้าวลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพและลูกค้าปัจจุบันให้ซื้อ
ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของบริษัท- ชี้แนะและฝึกสอนทั้งทีมให้ตาม KPI ของสมาชิกแต่ละคนให้ทัน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 28 - 42 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5 years experience in Marketing Related Position
- 2 years experience in a Management position (at least 5 pax in your team is preferred)
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- More than conversational high level of English
- Computer skills, especially Google Docs, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office.
- Good presentation skills.- Experiences in Marketing agency Industries.

- English level : Conversational
- Japanese level : None
- Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit
- Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri, Could clock in working time since 8.00 ,9.00 and 10.00 am. but need to work 8 hours. )
