The Opportunity
You are a seasoned growth marketer with equal flair for the hands-on technical as you do the strategic and big-picture. You have experience successfully leading and coaching growth teams to deliver A+ marketing results. We are looking for a Head of Growth to help Divyne change the beauty industry and go to the next level on our journey to give Asia and the world a first class, transparent and trust-worthy beauty brand.

To frame the role further; our new Head of Growth will be working closely with our CEO with the objective to grow Divyne by creating a set of successful channel strategies, ensuring we execute well structured tests, roll out successful campaigns and optimise performance over time against a clear set of performance goals. The Challenge
We are growing fast and the challenge for you as our Head of growth is two-fold.
Firstly, you will play an integral part in coming up with and being hands-on managing the execution of our marketing strategies across all channels. We need to both stay up with trends, remain the best at what we are best at (direct response/paid social) while we continue to expand our expertise across all channels.
Secondly, In order to deliver on these goals, you will need to have the ability to assist in recruiting, coaching up and leading a world-class digital marketing team able to drive efficient and sustainable growth for Divyne across the region.
What your profile looks like
~5-7+ years of progressive experience in a Growth Marketing role, with experience leading teams to hit ambitious and aggressive growth targets, ideally in a direct-response, product-focused environment
Proven ability to effectively manage budgets according to business goals and financial targets
History of designing, running and analysing growth experiments at all stages of the funnel across a range of platforms
Ideally you are as comfortable working through Excel models as reviewing ad copies and angles
Highly analytical and data-driven; at-home with data
Experience creating, leading and executing on growth marketing plans
You have passion for your field, entrepreneurial spirit, and possess a growth-mindset
E-commerce/direct response background a strong plus
Deep passion for beauty would be a huge advantage
