**Job Descriptions**:
Collaborate with end-users to provide technical support and assistance for software-related inquiries and issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand software functionality and ensure effective issue resolution.
Communicate technical solutions clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical users.
Document support requests, solutions, and processes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
Assist in software testing and quality assurance efforts, identifying potential areas for improvement.
Participate in the development and maintenance of support documentation, training materials, and FAQs.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members or relevant departments as needed.
Proactively identify patterns in support requests and contribute to addressing root causes for improved stability.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience minimum 5 Year).
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies and software debugging.
Work experience with POS (Point-of-Sales).
Familiarity with database management and SQL querying.
Experience with Microsoft's Power Platform.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C+, Python) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, DOS) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job skills required**: Software Testing, Assurance, Quality Assurance

**Job skills preferred**: Python, SQL, Industry trends
