We are part of the APRIL Group, an insurance specialist with 2,300 staff in 16 countries.

To support the company's growth and the expansion of our services, we are currently seeking a IT Application Support Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Document technical procedures and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for IT processes.
- Execute scripts for quick fixes and ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Python and Power Automate an advantage
- Good understanding of Microsoft SQL queries a big plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English. Able to communicate in French is highly desirable.

The role is based in Bangkok, Thailand and will support APRIL's Asia Pacific and European Healthcare insurance businesses.
