**รายละเอียดงาน**
Support and Trouble Shooting
- Receive calls from 1st line support/customer
- Perform work analysis and troubleshooting.
- Problem solving/solution and making corrections.
- Maintain technical and service support/ Co-operate/Communicate with all concerned parties
- Prepare user manual and technical manual.

System Implementation
- Install OS & Software & Peripheral
- Set up system parameters and enter set up data for system testing.
- Prepare user manual and technical manual.

Software Testing
- Function Test, System Test
- Conduct system testing, collect actual testing results
- Create the release information for new software patch before delivery to customer

**คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร**
- 2-5 years working experience in Application Support
- Experience /knowledge with SQL, PL/SQL is preferred
- Willing to work off working hours when need
- Experience with retail & restaurant businesses is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work the day and night shift, Included Public Holiday (Working day 5 days per week)
- Remote support by telephone, E-mail or Onsite support when the customer has incident case
- Ability to multi-tasks and manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities
