**Service Agent**

**Job Objectives**

The Test Kitchen’s Hostess support daily shop operations including welcoming and greeting customers, organize upcoming and current booking reservation, assigning table for reservation guest, escorting customers to the dining or bar areas, taking care 3rdparty apps delivery orders, and informed on going promotion, events, and activities.

For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests/ students have a positive journey experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts.

Also respond to the customer enquiry, bookings, delivery and ensure the service meet their expectation.

**primary responsibilities**:

- Welcome, greeting and escorting guest to the dining/bar area
- Informing about specials or new items, promotions, informing about available and unavailable menus, answering questions, taking/punch orders, payments, and cashiering.
- Answer incoming calls, accepting 3rdparty delivery orders and pass the finish orders to drivers
- Packaging food and beverages for sale or takeaway
- Take, Organize, and manage upcoming and current booking reservations
- Pre assign table seat for reservation customers
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Support Mise en place for upcoming events, lunch, or dinner according to BEO.
- Able to describe menu items and suggesting products to the customer.
- Assist in ordering and distributing stock supplies if operation needs
- Stand by during peak/busy period at the reception/cashier counter
- Assist waiter to Prepares all mise-en-place before and after the service hours.
- Conducts cashiering operations in a restaurant where self-cashiering functions and equipment are available and implemented.
- Handle with care to guests who require extra attention (e.g., children, elderly)
- Perform Opening and closing of outlet list
- Direct and train casual staff
- Upselling of incubator kitchens, pastry, bakery, beverages, activities, promotions.
- Informed needs in Operating Supplies and Food Supplies Requisitions for the outlet.
- Maintain a high consistent standard of food and beverage preparation and service
- Ensuring difficult customer service issues are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Observe relevant health and safety standards
- Performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor/ Assistant Manager which leads to guest satisfaction and profit for the company.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- At least vocational diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Food and Beverage preparation or customer service preferred
- Ability to walk bend and stand for extended periods
- Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-pace environment

**Salary**: From ฿16,000.00 per month
